I have a background working for the NHS which is where my passion for counselling and therapy stems from. Although my primary focus is on counselling and therapy, I am also qualified and experienced in life coaching.
I am a student/trainee member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the UK Association for Transactional Analysis (UKATA).
First and foremost, I am a compassionate, down-to-earth human being. I have learned many life lessons in my 60+ years of life which helps me in my quest to be a rounded and effective therapist. You will find me approachable and non-judgemental.
The types of therapy I offer include transactional analysis, humanistic and solution focused.
